Refund policy

Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available for physical products purchased directly from our website, eckcelcreations.org.

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Proof of damaged goods upon delivery with photos must be provided within 15 days refund eligibility. 

Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@eckcelcreations.org with your order number and reason for the refund request.

  2. Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  4. Physical items cannot be shipped back to the company. All approved refunds will be credited back to the account the items were purchased from on the site.
